Yes. Every piece is illustrated by hand by a professional artist using a digital tablet and stylus — never generated by AI.
How long does a commission take?
Typically 3–5 business days depending on style and current queue. We send a proof for approval before final delivery, and revisions at the proof stage are free.
Do I get a physical print or a digital file?
A high-resolution digital file is included with every order. Framed prints can be arranged as an add-on.
Can I combine two photos?
Yes — let us know in your order notes and we'll work with your artist to combine subjects from multiple references.
